What this site is and who runs it

This site is Great Local Listings, a directory of home and property businesses in the United States and Canada. It is free to use and needs no account. It is operated by Citation Vault LLC.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy says how we handle information.

Where listings come from

Listings come from Google Business data and from business submissions. Google Business data is what a business has made public on its Google Business Profile, such as its name, address, telephone and hours. Businesses we added from Google Business data are Free Listings.

Details can be wrong or out of date. Call the business before you travel or rely on a detail here.

We do not rate or rank businesses ourselves. A listing is not an endorsement by us.

Google Reviews

A business owner can ask us to correct a rating or remove a quote. A reviewer can ask us to remove their quote. Email connect@greatlocallistings.com or follow the steps on the corrections page.

Business owners

A business whose own website is dead, parked or redirected elsewhere is taken off the directory. We may also decline or remove a listing that does not fit the directory.

Featured listings

Every business can have a free listing. A business can also buy a Featured listing. Featured buys visibility only.

A Featured listing carries a plain Featured marker. It is not a rating or an endorsement.

A Featured listing is billed monthly or yearly by Citation Vault LLC, as the operator of this site. It renews until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Featured placement costs $29.70 a month, or $297 a year (two months free).

We do not give refunds for unused time. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.

Acceptable use

Do not pretend to be a person or a business you are not. Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's systems.

Our content and your content

When you send us a correction or details for a listing, you let us use and publish them on this site. We may edit them to match how listings are written here.

Links to other sites

Listings link to each business's own website. Some pages link to other companies, such as Google and Microsoft. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate or current. We are not responsible for the work, prices or conduct of any business listed here.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Citation Vault LLC is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on a listing. That includes a wasted trip because a detail shown was wrong. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law says cannot be taken away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date below. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
