i been living this apartment for 1 year and it’s horrible i been seeing rats outside and trash everywhere and there a drunk men outside ever
Pros and Cons The apartments are 10/10, the staff is 10/10, and they are safe—this happens all the time. Maintenance is 10/10; they are very quick to fix things, and the office staff is also 10/10; they are friendly. I just recommend that they offer solutions when possible because it's not always possible. Otherwise, I'm happy except for the fact that I was robbed. Security here isn't good anymore, to be honest; they break into any car. I don't see the office doing anything to fix this.

We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom apartments and 2 Bedroom lovely Townhomes. Very convenient location near Hwy 59 and 20 minutes to Downtown. Ceramic Tile on units. Black / Stain steel appliances. New upgraded units with granite.
